Bollywood star, Ranveer Singh, is set to become the new ‘Don‘. Taking over from the legendary Shah Rukh Khan, who beautifully portrayed the role in two sequels spanning 2006 to 2011.

Singh is all prepped to offer a fresh perspective to this iconic character. And for those who love Bollywood classics, you’ll remember that Amitabh Bachchan was the first to introduce ‘Don’ to the world in 1978.

A figure, slowly emerging into the light, reveals himself as the next ‘Don’. The words “Sher jo so raha hai woh jaagega kab?… Main hoon Don,” hinting at the return of the ‘sleeping lion’, echo with intensity, setting the tone for the film.

Following his recent cinematic triumph with “Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani,” after a rough patch in his otherwise soaring career, this role in ‘Don 3’ seems perfect for Rnavir’s comeback. 

Interestingly, initial conversations for ‘Don 3’ hinted at Shah Rukh Khan returning to his titular role. His portrayal had left an indelible mark, making this change in casting a point of intrigue.
