Directed by the esteemed Atlee, the film is a constellation of talent with names like Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, and Sanya Malhotra. Elevating its allure, Deepika Padukone will make a special appearance, and there’s growing chatter about a cameo by the iconic Thalapathy Vijay. In a significant move, Dr. Jayantilal Gada’s PEN Marudhar has confidently secured the film’s theatrical rights for the pivotal regions of North and West India. An industry source, referencing Bollywood Hungama, shared, “PEN Marudhar’s substantial investment is a testament to their belief in ‘Jawan’s’ potential to pull massive crowds.”
Regionally, Prakash Films is set to launch “Jawan” in Bihar with an assurance of ₹5-6 crores. In Odisha, the distribution rights are with Rajshri Films for a solid ₹4.5 crores. Shifting focus to the south, Sree Gokulam has secured the rights for Tamil Nadu and Kerala at ₹15 crores and ₹7 crores, respectively.
